Q- Why use a professional home inspector?
A- For the homebuyer, Pre-purchase inspection helps to reduce the risk of unwanted and costly surprises. Actual condition of the house systems and related components are detailed in an easy-to-understand report.

Q-Why not have a family member who is handy or a contractor, inspect my home?
A- This is a common mistake. Although the person you are considering may be very skilled, they may not be trained or experienced at professional home inspections. Professional home inspection is a unique skill. Professional inspectors develop an understanding of how one problem with a home may lead to another and where to look. Many contractors, and other trades professionals hire a professional home inspector to inspect their homes.

Q- What if I have questions after the inspection?

Q-How quickly can I schedule an inspection?
A- Unless we're fully booked, there's always an inspector ready to go. But, it’s helpful to call at least one day ahead if possible, so you can be better assured of the appointment time you prefer.

Q- How long will the inspection take?
A- About 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Q- What is covered in the inspection?
A- Your inspector will perform a thorough visual inspection to the major systems and components of the home including the structure , roof, interior/exterior surfaces, and the plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical systems. He or she will also examine the lot grading and any evidence or likelihood of basement dampness. Insulation and ventilation will also be evaluated.

Q- Do you inspect cottages and rural properties?
A- Yes.

Q- Do I need to have a newer home inspected?
A- Even if the likelihood of discovering a major flaw in a newer home is greatly reduced, the inspection can still serve you well. The opportunity exists to learn as much as you can about the house and how to look after it, before you buy it... The inspector can point out known problem areas and suggest improvements or maintenance practices which will eliminate or reduce most problems before they can start.

A home inspection is a "seminar" on home ownership. It can be a value-added, informative experience that gives you a better understanding of your new home, more security, and peace of mind.

Q- How much do you charge for a home inspection?
A- Under 2500 sq/ft - $250
2500 sq/ft and above - contact us for price

Q- When do I pay and how do you accept payment?

Without dismantling a house or its systems, there are limitations; we can substantially reduce your risk. We cannot eliminate it altogether nor do we claim to.
